Halo – The MVL Glow

MVL offers the lastest in rejuvenating technology

The Halo laser has 2 lasers working at the same time. The first laser takes off the top layer of thickened and dull skin while the second laser puts microscopic channels into the skin that stimulate collagen production and realignment. Halo can tighten skin, reduce pore size, eliminate or minimize sun damage, brown spots, uneven skin texture and tone and minimize any kind of scarring.

Does Halo hurt?

  • We apply a topical numbing cream 1 hour prior to the procedure which effectively numbs the skin. Most patients experience a warm tingling sensation during the treatment. Immediately following the procedure, we have several skin care products that are applied to soothe the skin. Expect to be very warm for an hour after the procedure.

How long will a Halo treatment take?

  • The average time to perform a Halo treatment is about 20-25 minutes

What is the down time?

  • Compared to other lasers, Halo has minimal downtime. Plan to be red on day 1, red, and a little swollen on days 2 and 3. By day 4 any hyperpigmentation begins to flake off and by day 5 you can be back in makeup.

How many Halo treatments will I need?

  • While each patient has different conditions most require 1-2 treatments.
